Contractual purchases $50,000 and above must have a 海角社区 contract. All contracts will be reviewed and have the proper University approvals/ signatures based on the current 海角社区 Procurement Policy and Procedures. Click here for more information.

State of Illinois Procurement Policy Board

The Resolution of the Illinois Procurement Policy Board states for small purchase contracts, if the amount of the contract is more than $100,000, a financial disclosure form shall be required by the State.
