Our Responsibilities

The Facilities Management and Planning (FMP) mission is to deliver services that help maintain the 海角社区 Community by consistently exceeding the expectations of the university to ensure a safe, clean, and prestigious learning, working, and living environment. Services include building and grounds maintenance, utilities management, and custodial services to provide the most efficient and effective routine and preventative maintenance services needed to support the strategic goals of 海角社区. 

海角社区's campus is derived of more than 13 buildings totaling on 163 acres.  All the structures have been built since 1867. Other 海角社区 facilities include the Longwood Mansion.
